Magic Town


A tourist to travel this winter place is definitely Cadereyta de Montes, whose fame is due to its collections of cacti, which are among the largest in the world. On this trip you will discover all the treasures of this magical town named in the year of 2011 Elegant mansions and temples, ancient chapels and Haciendas attraction, and a handful of fascinating corners around, among them a town for marble, the Freixenet vineyards and the majestic dam Zimapán.

On this trip you can also find the Botanical Garden Regional Cadereyta "Ing. Weekends offer a buffet that includes traditional dish of Cadereyta: the "Nopal stalk", also called "Nopal his mother" because it is baked inside a stalk. With this touch cactáceo we say goodbye to this cute and quirky tourist town.
Among the main festivals of this tourist village Fair Cadereyta on September 8, the feast of Our Lady of Refuge on 4 July and the Feast of St. Gaspar on February 2 if you decide to travel by these dates you must not miss these festivities.

To get to this attraction jacks San Juan del Rio-Xilitla highway (Federal 120). Is 120 Km and 211 Km of Queretaro in Mexico City.
